A new 34-unit residential development in Joo Chiat will launch over the weekend of May 4 and 5. It is the first apartment project by privately owned K16 Development, which has a track record of building landed homes and bungalows.
Located at 50 Lorong 101 Changi, the freehold development is called Olloi – a play on its address. It is a redevelopment of the former Pomex Court which was sold en bloc for $37.6 million ($1,014 psf per plot ratio) in June 2018.

Olloi is targeted towards young couples and younger families, and units comprise three- and four bedroom units and penthouses, sizes range from 947 sq ft to 1,593 sq ft. A three-bedroom unit is expected to be priced from about $1.6 million ($1,689.5 psf), according to the developer. “Olloi is a home that is built to last and an asset to be passed on to future generations,” says Grace Yang, general manager of K16 Development.

Olloi is designed by local architectural firm Park + Associates, the façade of the development is inspired by the heritage shophouses in the surrounding Joo Chiat, Paya Lebar, and East Coast areas. The five-storey development comes with underground carpark space and includes a 25-metre pool on the ground floor.
