The Reserve Residences (TRR) is a 99 year mixed-use development by Far East Organization & Sino Group. The land parcel is at the junction of Upper Bukit Timah Road and Jalan Jurong Kechil, next to Beauty World MRT Station.The development will offer 723 1- to 5- bedroom luxury residences and serviced residences, as well as about 2,000 sq m of community space.
Situated at the foothills of the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, the development features a dynamic blend of residential, retail, serviced residences, community and public spaces – a well-integrated urban community node in Jalan Anak Bukit that will contribute to the vibrancy of this enclave
It has an estimate land size of 3.22 ha with a gross plot ratio of 3.0 and a commercial usually space of 20,000 m2. It is envisaged as a mixed-use development with an integrated transport hub at Beauty World precinct as an urban green village with excellent connectivity. It includes about 20,000 sq m of retail, food & beverage and office space in a podium, surrounding an 1,800 sq m plaza that can be used to host community and special events.
TRR boasts a prime location with several key advantages. It is situated within 1 km of Pei Hwa Presbyterian Primary School and Methodist Girls School, and is also close to other prestigious educational institutions like Hwa Chong Institution and Anglo-Chinese School (Independent).
